Step 1
Install Vidhi Kosh on your phone
Vidhi Kosh is a Progressive Web App — no App Store, no downloads. It lives on your home screen like a regular app.
Open vidhikosh.app in Chrome (or your default browser)
Watch for the "Add to Home Screen" banner at the bottom — tap it
If no banner appears, tap the ⋮ menu (top right) → "Add to Home Screen"
Tap "Add" to confirm — the Vidhi Kosh icon appears on your home screen
When sharing from Instagram or YouTube, Vidhi Kosh now appears in your share sheet
Android tip: Chrome works best. Samsung Internet and Firefox also support home screen installation.

Open an Instagram Reel or post that has a recipe
Tap the ··· (three dots) or the paper-plane Share icon
In the share sheet that appears, look for Vidhi Kosh
Tap Vidhi Kosh — the app opens and AI extracts the recipe instantly
Review the extracted recipe, pick a collection, and tap Save
